Q: Is Top Dogs Dog Care licensed, bonded and insured?
A: Yes, and we are happy to provide proof upon request.
Q: Do you care for animals other than dogs?
A: We specialize only in the care of dogs. Of course, if overnight care is required, we are happy to feed your fish and bring in the mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate families with cats.
Q: Are you dog walkers CPR and First Aid certified?
A: Yes. We do not believe that you can provide the standard of care we deliver without these qualifications.
Q: Are dogs ever left alone while they are in your care?
A: No, never - ever. Your dog will never be left unattended on a walk.
Q: Do I need to provide anything special for the walk?
A: No, only your dog(s) and a collar. All Top Dogs dog walkers bring their own 6 foot leashes. For safety and reinforced training, we do not use retractable leashes.
Q: What is your cancellation policy for daily walks?
A: We respectfully require 24 hour notice to avoid our 50% penalty charge.
Q: Do I have to be home when you get my dog?
A: No, you can trust us with the keys to your home and the codes to your security systems. We will treat your home
in the same way we treat your dog, with respect and unparalleled professionalism. We are bonded and insured, but
more importantly we are honest, responsible, and dependable. Our reputation rests on this.
Q: What is your snow policy?
A: The kind of snow that stops many Washingtonians doesn't typically stop us! However, if road conditions make it impossible
for us to get to your home, we will inform you and do our best to get there as soon as possible.
